A street has been placed under lockdown after a man reportedly set fire to his parents home using explosives, with one person killed in the blast.
Emergency services raced to the scene to find flames tearing through a residential building in Lerchenau, northern Munich, where "loud banging noises were heard". An injured person was found who might be connected to the incident, officers said.
