A constellation of celebrities has descended upon Cardiff as Oasis makes a triumphant return to the stage after 16 years. The Gallagher brothers, Noel and Liam, have set the stage alight at tonight's gig, marking their first joint performance in over a decade.
As they strode onto the stage to the tune of 'F**king in the Bushes', the band kicked off with 'Hello', greeted by thunderous applause from the capacity crowd.
Spotted among the throng were EastEnders' Danny Dyer, Line Of Duty's Vicky McClure, and TV presenter Vernon Kay, who was seen snapping photos outside the Principality Stadium.
Liam Gallagher addressed the ecstatic fans, saying, "Hey, beautiful people, it's been too long," amidst an audience that included Glastonbury's Emily Eavis, Dominic Mohan, and Andy Goldstein.

In an exclusive scoop, The Mirror reports that Meg Mathews, Noel's former wife, attended the concert, alongside their daughter Anais. Earlier in the day, Meg posted a series of nostalgic photos with Noel, captioning them: "TODAY IS THE DAY 4th July 2025 Finally here ....OASIS REUNION TOUR, Britpop was a British music and cultural movement that peaked in the mid-1990s, characterized by a revival of British guitar pop from the 1960s and 1970s, in contrast to American grunge.
"It was not just a genre, but a reactionary and patriotic cultural response, celebrating British identity, working-class roots, and everyday life. To everyone who's there when they walk on the stage at 8.15pm will be a piece of history."
Speaking about the photograph, she continued: "That night was a lot of fun can't remember what after party gig it was .. back then there was always one which I was in charge of organising through @creationrecords money and fun had no limit back then."
Meg recently found herself denying rumours of a reunion after she shared pictures of them kissing. During a 2020 interview with the Irish Mirror, Meg confessed to suffering from severe PTSD.
She stated: "I came through the marriage. Everything was public. At the end of the day I did not have the cog or the PR world that that person (Noel) had.
"I was just the ex-wife. I had nobody. I didn't know what to do. I didn't have a press agent, wasn't famous, I just had a daughter. I used to get terrible PTSD. In 1997 I was the third most written about woman. It was Lady Diana, The Spice Girls and me."
For those fans hoping to secure a last minute ticket to Oasis' reunion gigs, the band are set to release a few final tickets. In a statement, they announced: "As the shows are getting closer, Oasis promoters may be able to release a very limited number of additional tickets for sale once final sight lines are checked and the production is fine tuned. These final production releases will happen over the coming days."
